摘　　要：地方特色优秀传统文化是地方发展过程中,经由历史打磨总结提炼出的精神内核,代表了古往今来中华民族奋斗的思想,是助益民族蓬勃发展、高度繁荣的历史积累。高校应当深挖地方特色文化的育人价值,将其核心思想融入教材和日常教育体系当中,在课堂教学、教学管理中充分渗透。先让学生建立文化的认知,再引导学生建立对地方传统文化的认可。并通过各种文化实践活动,让学生意识到文化与自己之间的关联,将自己视作文化传承者,承袭历史精神。The excellent traditional culture with local characteristics is the spiritual core refined through historical polishing and summarization in the process of local development.It represents the thought of the Chinese nation’s struggle through the ages,and is the historical accumulation that helps the nation to develop vigorously and highly prosperously.Colleges and universities should deeply tap the educational value of local characteristic culture,integrate the core idea into the teaching materials and daily education system,and fully penetrate into classroom teaching and teaching management.First,let students establish cultural awareness,and then guide students to establish recognition of local traditional culture.Through various cultural practice activities,students can be aware of the relationship between culture and themselves,regard themselves as cultural inheritors,and inherit the spirit of history.
