摘　　要：本文以山东科技大学数学与应用数学拔尖创新班建设为例,围绕山东科技大学数学与应用数学拔尖创新型人才培养计划的实施情况,研究了地方工科高校数学与应用数学拔尖创新型人才的选拔和培养模式,为地方工科高校数学与应用数学拔尖创新型人才的选拔和培养提供了借鉴。Taking the construction of the top innovative class of mathematics and applied mathematics in Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example, through focusing on the implementation of the training plan for top innovative talents in mathematics and applied mathematics in Shandong University of Science and Technology, the selection and training model of top innovative talents in mathematics and applied mathematics in local engineering universities is studied, which provides a reference for the selection and training of top innovative talents in mathematics and applied mathematics in local engineering colleges and universities.
