摘　　要：文章阐述了建构主义教学理论的基本观点、情境式教学模式的基本原则,对法制史教学目标、教材体例和学生情况展开分析,探讨情境式教学模式在法制史教学实践中运用的可能性和必要性,提出情境式教学在法制史课程中的应用应当注重利用信息化资源辅助教学,以学生为核心,突破教材体例着重体现核心法律概念和突出法律自身发展逻辑,重塑法学立场,使学生体会历史之“美”与理论之“用”,为法制史教学改革提供借鉴。This paper expounds the basic viewpoints of the constructivist teaching theory and the basic principles of the situational teaching mode,analyzes the teaching objectives,teaching materials and students’situation in le⁃gal history teaching,and discusses the possibility and necessity of using the situational teaching mode in the legal history teaching practice.It is proposed that the application of situational teaching in legal history courses should focus on the use of information resources to assist teaching,take students as the core,break through the textbook style,focus on embodying the core legal concepts and highlighting the development logic of the law itself,and re⁃shape the legal standpoint,so as to enable students to experience the“beauty”of history and the“use”of theory.It is aimed to provide reference for the teaching reform of legal history.
