摘　　要：农业水工程国家级实验教学示范中心在实验室管理、实验教学体系和人才培养模式等方面进行了改革,牢固树立“厚基础、强能力、重实践、高素质”的人才培养理念,形成了“理论教学与实验教学并重,工程实践和科研创新结合,能力培养与素质教育一体”的人才培养模式;构建了“基础验证、综合设计、应用拓展、科研创新”等4个层次的实验教学体系,形成了在国内领先的农业水工程人才培养基地。中心改革后具有显著的特色并取得了明显的成效,成果可为高校实验室的建设与管理提供参考,为“双一流”建设提供强力支撑。Under the background of the“double first-class”,the agricultural water engineering national experimental teaching demonstration center of Northwest University of Agriculture and Forestry science and technology has carried out reforms in laboratory management,experimental teaching system and talent cultivation mode.The talent cultivation concept of“strengthening foundation and ability,laying emphasis on practice,and high quality”has built,and the talent training mode of“combination of theoretical teaching and experimental teaching,combination of engineering practice and scientific research innovation,integration of ability training and quality education”has formed.Furthermore,a four levels of experimental teaching system of“basic verification,comprehensive design,application expansion and scientific research innovation”has been constructed,and the base for fostering the domestic leading talents of the agricultural water engineering has formed.After the reform,the center has remarkable characteristics and achieved obvious effects.The research results can provide reference for university laboratory construction and management,and can provide the strong support for the construction of‘double first-class’.
