开放实验模式下的有机电合成实验教学设计与实践

摘　　要：有机电化学合成技术利用电子作为试剂直接参与有机反应,是具有“原子经济性”的现代合成技术。以开放实验的形式将此项技术引入到有机化学实验课程中,以电合成6H-二苯并[b,d]吡喃-6-酮实验为载体,采用必做—选做内容相结合的方式使教学内容层层递进,帮助学生学习理解有机电合成技术原理和方法,建立绿色化学概念,促进学生自主学习。实践表明,实验有效拓宽了学生的科学视野,提高了综合实践能力和实验探究能力,培养了学生的科学研究素养和社会责任担当。Organic electrochemical synthesis uses electrons as reagents to directly participate in organic reactions.It is a modern synthesis technology with"atom economy".This technology is introduced into the organic chemistry lab in the form of open experiment.Taking the electrosynthesis of 6H-Dibenzo[b,d]pyran-6-one as the carrier,the project adopts the combination of necessary content and optional content to make the experimental content progressive.The project helps students to deepen their understanding of the principles and methods of organic electrosynthesis,establish the concept of green chemistry,and promote students’independent learning.It is proved by practice that the experiment has effectively expanded the scientific horizons,improved the comprehensive practical and inquiry ability,and cultivated the students’scientific literacy and social responsibility.
