摘　　要：为了培养“能动手、会创新”的工程人才,在高分子专业实践教学中,立足合肥工业大学工程素质教育中心、化工类工程实践创新基地、高分子材料工程示范实训中心等实践教学平台,探讨了国家战略发展新形势下本专业工程人才培养的新模式。以专业实践课程工程师基础训练的教学设计为例,解析对人才工程能力的培养及评价。通过构建“基础型、提高型、研究型实验教学”三层次、“实验、课程设计、工程实践训练、生产实习、毕业论文、科技创新训练”六模块的实践教学体系,力求实现具有化工特色的高分子材料专业人才的培养。It is imperative to train college students who are“hands-on and innovative”for the reform of higher engineering education in China.Based on platforms of Engineering Quality Education,Chemical Engineering Practice,and Innovation Base,Polymer Materials Engineering Training Center of Hefei University of Technology,the mode of engineering talents training for polymer materials specialty under the new situation of national strategic development is presented and discussed,and the training and evaluation of talents’engineering ability are analyzed by taking the design of professional practical courses as an example.By constructing a practice teaching system with three levels of“basic,advanced and research experimental teaching”and six modules of“experiment,curriculum design,engineering practice training,production practice,graduation thesis,scientific and technological innovation training”,the personnel training of polymer materials professionals with chemical engineering characteristics is realized.
