摘  要:近年,在高校应届毕生中出现的“慢就业”现象成为社会热点话题。运用Nvivo12质性分析软件及扎根理论对3所高校的36名应届毕业生看待“慢就业”问题的访谈资料进行分析,能够探究高校毕业生对“慢就业”的态度及选择,进一步了解毕业生对工作环境和薪资期待过高、所学专业与就业需求匹配度低以及采取“慢就业”的方式缓解就业压力等是影响毕业生选择“慢就业”的主要因素。为缓解高校毕业生中的“慢就业”现象,毕业生应树立正确就业观,端正就业态度,高校也应积极开展职业生涯规划教育,为学生搭建更广阔的实习、就业及创业平台。In recent years,“slow employment”phenomenon among college graduates has become the social hot topic.The study analyzes the interview data of“slow employment”attitude of 36 college graduates in 3 colleges through Nvivo 12 qualitative analysis software and grounded theory,and deeply explores the“slow employment”attitude and selection of college graduates.It is further known that the high expectation of college graduates on working environment and salary,the low matching of major and employment demands,and the relief of employment pressure through“slow employment”,etc.are main influencing factors of“slow employment”of college graduates.In order to relieve“slow employment”phenomenon,college graduates should establish correct employment concept,and correct employment attitude.The college should actively develop vocational planning education,and establish wider practice,employment and entrepreneurship platform for students.
