摘 要:飞机整机强度试验涉及系统繁多,为保证试验顺利完成需要采集并监控多个独立系统的数据如力载荷、气压载荷、应变、位移、视频监控、声发射、光栅光纤及压电等。传统的试验监测数据大多单独采集、分析,数据的相关性较弱,监控信息展示不全面且无法与试验业务数据关联。为高质量、低成本、全状态和准实时实现试验监控目标,提出一种基于多源数据实时融合的试验监控技术,建立以数据为导向的多源数据融合和监控模型,研制一套试验全状态监控系统,通过多源异构数据时域同步及结构化存储,实现试验业务多源数据统一实时显示。最后以某一飞机疲劳试验为平台进行系统测试,结果表明系统可实现试验监控视频、试验控制解析文件和应变、位移动态数据等多源数据的融合展示,初步具备试验全状态信息实时监控功能,可大幅提高全尺寸飞机疲劳试验运行信息展示能力,对于同类型问题具有极强参考意义。The strength test of the aircraft involves a variety of systems. To ensure the successful completion of the test, it is necessary to collect and monitor data of independent systems, such as force load, pneumatic load, strain, displacement, video monitoring, acoustic emission, grating fiber, piezoelectricity, etc. Most of the traditional test monitoring data are collected and analyzed separately. The correlation of the data is weak and the display of monitoring information is not comprehensive and cannot be correlated with the test data. In order to achieve the test monitoring goals with high quality, low cost, full state and quasi-real-time,a test monitoring technology based on real-time fusion of multi-source data is proposed. The multi-source data fusion and monitoring model isestablishedand a set of test full-state monitoring system is also developed to realize the unified real-time display of multi-source data in the test through multi-source heterogeneous data synchronization and structured storage. Finally, the system was tested on a certain fatigue test platform. The results show that the system can realize the integrated display of multisource data such as monitoring data, test control files, strain and displacement data, and enable the function of real-time monitoring of the information of the test, which can improve the display ability of full-scale aircraft fatigue test informationand provide reference for similar problems.
