摘 要:有机磷农药是较为常见的一种农药,此类农药可满足植物的生长需求,有利于实现病虫害防治的目的,提高农产品的品质。为了提高农产品有机磷农药检测的质量,工作人员需要充分认识到当前有机磷农药残留检测的需求,合理使用气相色谱、酶抑制法、酶联免疫吸附法等技术,以提高农药残留检测的有效性。基于此,文章就农产品中有机磷农药残留检测进展进行了分析。Organophosphorus pesticide is a common pesticide, which can meet the growth needs of plants,help to achieve the purpose of pest control, and improve the quality of agricultural products. In order to improve the quality of detection of organophosphorus pesticides in agricultural products, the staff need to be fully aware of the current demand for detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues, and reasonably use gas chromatography,enzyme inhibition, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and other technologies to improve the effectiveness of detection of pesticide residues. Based on this, the article analyzed the progress of organophosphorus pesticide residue detection in agricultural products.
