摘  要:海洋平台设备的安装基座是连接设备和平台的重要结构,开展基座减振设计是控制平台结构振动和辐射噪声的关键环节。提出了3种拓扑优化方案,以输出点群的加速度响应幅值均方根为目标函数,采用拓扑优化方法对基座进行优化设计。通过对3种方案进行对比分析,确定了最优拓扑设计方案。结果表明,相对于初始设计基座,优化设计后的基座的加速度振级落差由3.6 dB提升到12.3 dB,减振效果明显提高,且基座的总质量也略有降低。相关研究方法和设计结果对开展基座减振设计具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。The pedestal of offshore platform is an important structure which connect equipment and platform.The vibration reduction design of pedestal is key to reduce structural vibration and radiated noise.Three topology optimization schemes were proposed.The root mean square of the acceleration response amplitude of the output point group was taken as the objective function,and the topology optimization method was used to optimize the design of the base.By comparing and analyzing the three schemes,the optimal topology design scheme was determined.The results show that the acceleration vibration level difference of the optimized pedestal is increased from 3.6 dB to 12.3 dB compared with the original pedestal,the vibration reduction effect is significantly improved,and the total weight of the base is also slightly reduced.The relevant research methods and design results have certain guidance and reference significance for the vibration reduction design of the foundation.
