摘　　要：地方师范院校音乐教育人才培养改革的原则、取向和做法在认识上应该统一。师资队伍是人才培养模式改革实施保障的最关键因素,要通过多渠道提升师资队伍建设,要发挥行政管理人员在人才培养模式改革中的重要作用。The principles,orientations and practices of the cultivation reform of music education talents in local normal colleges and universities should be unified in understanding.The teaching staff is the most critical factor to guarantee the implementation of the reform of personnel training mode,and the construction of the teaching staff should be improved through multiple channels.The administrative staff should also play an important role in the reform of talent cultivation mode.
