摘 要:随着中国经济发展,临床医学留学生的数量逐渐增加,对临床医学留学生的教学方法和管理模式也提出更高的要求。物理诊断学是医学生从理论学习向临床实践过渡的重要课程,实践性极强,对留学生的语言沟通和动手实践能力都提出了更高的要求。文章根据临床医学本科留学生的语言、文化背景差异等自身特点,对临床医学本科留学生物理诊断教学现状进行研究,发现留学生语言和文化背景差异、缺乏医学留学生专用物理诊断教学课件等因素影响物理诊断教学效果。文章通过医学本科留学生物理诊断教学实践,针对医学本科留学生的自身特点,提出采用示范-模仿、计算机模拟机器人、情景模拟教学、床旁教学、小班授课、双语教学、人文教学、多媒体、组织技能竞赛等多种教学方法与管理模式相结合的多元化教学方法可以实现优势互补,提升医学本科留学生对物理诊断学的兴趣及对物理诊断知识的掌握程度,提高教学质量和效果。With the development of Chinese economy,the number of international students in clinical medicine is gradually increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for the teaching methods and management mode of international students in clinical medicine.Physical diagnostics is an important course for medical students to transition from theoretical learning to clinical practice.It is highly practical and puts forward higher requirements for foreign students'language communication and practical ability.According to the language and cultural background differences of clinical medical undergraduate students,this paper studies the current situation of physical diagnosis teaching of clinical medical undergraduate international students.It was found that the language and cultural background differences of international students,the lack of special physical diagnosis teaching courseware for medical students and other factors affected the teaching effect of physical diagnosis.Through the teaching practice of physical diagnosis for medical undergraduate international students,and in view of the characteristics of medical undergraduate international students,this paper put forward a diversified teaching method that combined demonstration imitation,computer simulation robot,scene simulation teaching,bedside teaching,small class teaching,bilingual teaching,humanities teaching,multimedia,organizational skill competition to achieve complementary advantages,enhance the interest of medical undergraduate international students in physical diagnostics and their mastery of physical diagnostic knowledge and improve the quality and effect of teaching.
