摘 要:目的探究分析在皮肤性病学临床见习教学中应用微课联合传统教学法的效果。方法2021年3月—2021年7月到桂林医学院第二附属医院见习皮肤性病学的2018级临床医学本科生中抽选92名,采用随机数字表法分为两组,试验组46名,采取微课联合传统教学法进行临床见习教学,对照组46名,采取传统教学法进行临床见习教学,对比两组临床教学效果。结果试验组学生理论成绩和实践操作成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查,试验组学生医学知识理解力、临床思维能力培养、分析解决问题能力、学习氛围、团队协作、提升人文关怀意识等评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在皮肤性病学临床见习教学中应用微课联合传统教学法能够培养学生学习兴趣,学生主动性更高,从而有效提升学习效率,教学效果比较好,值得临床应用。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of microlecture combined with traditional teaching method in clinical probation teaching of dermatology and venereology.Methods From March 2021 to July 2021,92 clinical medical undergraduates of grade 2018 who came to our hospital for internship in dermatology and venereology were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(46 cases)was taught by microlecture combined with traditional teaching method,and the control group(46 cases)was taught by traditional teaching method.The clinical teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theory and practice of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Through questionnaire survey,in term of medical knowledge comprehension,clinical thinking ability training,the ability to analyze and solve problems,learning atmosphere,team cooperation and humanistic care consciousness,the scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of microlecture combined with traditional teaching method in clinical probation teaching of dermatology and venereology can help students develop a taste for learning and increase their initiative,thus effectively improving their learning efficiency and getting better results in teaching.Therefore,this method is worthy of clinical application.
