摘  要:目的了解血液病病理检验进修学员岗位胜任力现状及其影响因素,为进一步提升完善进修培养机制、进修学员学习质量提供参考。方法采取问卷调查2020年1月—12月入院进修病理检验进修学员的不同阶段的岗位胜任力评价得分及带教科室不同时段内对进修学员评价得分情况。结果研究结果显示,进修学员主要以女性为主(62/74,83.78%),多集中在31~39岁,在性别、年龄与学历岗位胜任力得分差异无统计学意义,在进修学习时长、进修科目数量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中进修学习时长得分越高,由(8.3±0.5)分增加至(9.7±0.5)分,进修科目数量越多得分越高,由(8.4±0.5)分增加至(9.7±0.5)分;进修学员在不同阶段岗位胜任力评价平均得分逐步增加,各维度不同阶段得分也呈增高趋势,不同维度得分增幅相差较大,其中理论知识增幅最大,由报到时(7.4±0.8)分增加至结业时(8.6±0.5)分。同阶段不同维度得分也存在差距,其中在各阶段创新能力得分均最低,在报到时和学习1个月阶段职业培养得分最高(8.2±0.5)分、(8.5±0.7)分,结业时专业技能得分最高(9.1±0.6)分。不同阶段学员岗位胜任力自评得分均高于带教科室岗位胜任力评价得分,其中报到时、学习1个月后二者得分差异显著(P<0.05),报到时得分差异最大由(7.5±0.5)分减少至(7.0±0.6)分,结业时二者得分逐年趋于一致。结论医院应以培养质量为中心,强化进修培养过程管理,制定学员个体化培养方案,重点关注学员团队协作能力、创新能力培养与挖掘,增强科室内涵建设,全面提升学员综合素质能力。Objective To understand the current status of the competencies of the advanced trainees in blood disease pathology examination and its influencing factors,so as to provide references for further improving the training mechanism of advanced training and the learning quality of advanced trainees.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate the post competency evaluation scores of the students in different stages from January to December 2020,and the evaluation scores of the students in different periods in the teaching department.Results The research results showed that the majority of advanced students were women(62/74,83.78%),most of them were 31 to 39 years old.There was no significant difference in gender,age and academic qualifications.There was a statistically significant difference in the length of further study and the number of further study subjects(P<0.05).The higher the score of further study duration,the higher the score increased from(8.3±0.5)points to(9.7±0.5)points.The higher the number of further study subjects,the higher the score increased from(8.4±0.5)points to(9.7±0.5)points.The average score of post competency evaluation of advanced training students at different stages gradually increases,and the scores of various dimensions at different stages also show an upward trend.The increase in scores of different dimensions varies greatly,with the largest increase in theoretical knowledge,from(7.4±0.8)points at the time of check-in to(8.6±0.5)points at the time of graduation.There are also differences in the scores of different dimensions at the same stage,with the lowest scores of innovation ability at each stage,the highest scores of vocational training at the time of check-in and the 1-month learning stage(8.2±0.5)points,(8.5±0.7)points,and the highest scores of professional skills at the time of graduation(9.1±0.6)points.The self assessment scores of post competency of students at different stages were higher than those of teaching departments,with significant difference
