摘　　要：随着招生规模的扩大,高职院校各项配套中对基本建设、教学实训场所及教学实训设备等的需求也越来越多,招标采购已成为目前高职院校发展中日益重要的活动之一。本文将PDCA引入高校采购风险管理中,构建出高职院校采购风险防控路径,以有效解决高职院校招标采购管理中普遍存在的风险管理缺失问题。With the expansion of enrollment,the demand for capital construction,teaching and training places and equipment in higher vocational colleges is increasing,and bidding procurement become one of the increasingly important activities in the development of higher vocational colleges.The introduction of PDCA into the procurement risk management of higher vocational colleges and the construction of a procurement risk prevention and control path for higher vocational colleges can effectively solve the problem of the lack of risk management in the bidding and procurement management of higher vocational colleges in general.
