摘 要:批判性思维作为高效学习和解决复杂问题的关键思维,是创新人才的必备能力。为了厘清医学生批判性思维的发展水平及与学业成绩的关系,采用CTDI-CV量表对3所重点高校的890名医学生展开调查,结果表明:(1)医学生批判性思维整体水平达到正性要求,具有良好的求知欲、分析能力和思维自信,但是寻找真相能力薄弱;(2)从性别看,女生的批判性思维更佳,在认知成熟度、开放思想、寻找真相3个方面显著优于男生;(3)从年级看,大学期间批判性思维能力增值不太理想,系统化能力得分呈U型趋势,思想的开放性亟待加强;(4)批判性思维与学业成绩呈现正相关,是学业成绩的重要预测因素。最后,依据研究结果提出了促进医学生批判性思维发展的对策与建议。Critical thinking, as the key thinking to study efficiently and solve complex problems, is the necessary ability of innovative talents. In order to explore the development level of critical thinking and its correlation with academic performance of medical students, an investigation was carried out. The questionnaire was CTDI-CV and 890 undergraduates came from 3 medical universities were involved. The results showed that:(1)the overall critical thinking level of these students met the positive requirement. They had strong knowledge inquire demands, analysis abilities and thinking confidence, but truth-seeking abilities were week;(2)from the perspective of gender, the critical thinking of female students was superior to male students, which was characterized by higher cognitive maturity, open-mindedness and truth-seeking ability;(3)from the perspective of grade, the critical thinking increment of medical students was not ideal, the systematic ability score was U-shaped and the openness of mind need to be enhanced;(4) all the 7 dimensions of critical thinking were positively correlated with medical academic achievements. Critical thinking was an important predictor of academic achievements. According to the research results, some suggestions were put forward to promote medical students′ critical thinking.
