关心伦理视角下经验型教师专业发展的困境与突破

摘  要:在教师生涯发展阶段中,经验型教师面临职业倦怠等心理问题和思维惯性等阻碍因素的内部困境,以及同伴指导缺乏和学校支持不足等外部困境,导致其专业发展极易进入高原期。以诺丁斯为代表人物的关心伦理为经验型教师的专业发展提供了新的视角。在关心伦理视角下,经验型教师应当关心自己身心健康,提升自身反思能力;其他主体,如同伴、学生、学生家长、学校、社会、国家,应当为经验型教师提供关心和支持,帮助其突破困境,从而使更多经验型教师成长为专家型教师。At the stage of teacher′s career development, proficient teachers face internal dilemmas such as psychological problems including job burnout and hindering factors like inertial thinking, as well as external dilemmas such as poor peer guidance and insufficient school support.All these dilemmas make their professional development easily enter the plateau period.Caring ethics represented by Nel Noddings provides a new perspective for proficient teachers′ professional development.From the perspective of caring ethics, proficient teachers should care about their own physical and mental health, and improve their reflective ability;other subjects, such as peers, students, students′ parents, schools, society and country, should provide care and support for proficient teachers to help them break through the dilemmas so that more proficient teachers can grow into expert teachers.
