摘 要:用畜禽类兽药后将其蓄积或大量滞留于各类畜禽动物体内或其他产品中以其作为原型药物或者其主要代谢生产的产物,包括与畜禽兽药作用有关的化学杂质的药物残留机理分析等已成为亟待解决的重要技术课题。本文主要为动物源性食品中几种喹诺酮药物的前处理提取提供指导,通过调节甲酸乙腈中甲酸的含量来使回收率保持在一个优良的水平,同时减弱基质干扰,保护仪器。实验结果发现当甲酸浓度在1%时,几种喹诺酮药物的回收率都保持在了优良的水平。说明了甲酸在1%的水平下对恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、洛美沙星、丹诺沙星、培氟沙星、沙拉沙星、诺氟沙星有着优良的提取效果。The residual analysis of prototype drugs or their metabolites,including impurities related to veterinary drugs,stored or retained in animal bodies or products after using veterinary drugs has become an important subject to be solved urgently.This paper mainly provides guidance for the pretreatment extraction of several quinolones from animal food.By adjusting the content of formic acid in acetonitrile formic acid,the recovery rate can be maintained at an excellent level,and the interference of matrix can be reduced to protect the instrument.The results showed that when the concentration of formic acid was 1%,the recovery rates of several quinolones were maintained at an excellent level.It shows that formic acid has excellent extraction effect on several quinolones at 1% level.
