摘  要:河北省省属高校的课题探究型专业外语教师职后校本培训在培训目标、培训内容和培训形式等方面均存在一些问题。鉴于此,应该转变培训观念,制定科学的培训规划;提高培训精度,实现规范的培训管理;创新培训形式,建构特色培训模式;建立培训追踪,完善高端的培训机制。There are some problems in the target, content and form of research-based post-tenure school-based training for professional foreign language teachers in Hebei Province’s universities. In view of this, research-based post-tenure schoolbased training for professional foreign language teachers in universities should: change the training concept, develop scientific research-based post-tenure school-based training;improve the training accuracy, achieve standard research-based post-tenure school-based training;innovate the training form,construct the characteristic research-based post-tenure schoolbased training;establish training tracking, improve the high-end research-based post-tenure school-based training system.
