摘  要:乡村要振兴,关键在人才,人才的培养关键在教育。作为高素质技能型人才培养与输送高地的职业教育,更有责任与义务为乡村振兴培养和输送所需人才,服务好乡村振兴与发展。为了对地区职业教育服务乡村振兴的效果进行评价,从“面向乡村地区招生的倾斜度、面向乡村本土化人才的培育度、面向乡村产业发展的产教融合度、面向乡村产业经济发展的专业设置匹配度”等四个方面构建效果评价指标体系并结合山东省高等职业院校的调查研究情况进行实证分析,根据实证分析的结果分别从政府层面、学校层面提出构建地区职业教育服务乡村振兴长效机制的对策建议。The foundation of rural revitalization lies in the talents, and the key to talents cultivation lies in education. As a highland of training and transferring high-quality technical and skilled talents, vocational education has more responsibilities and obligations to train and transfer needed talents and serve rural revitalization and development. In order to evaluate the effect of regional vocational education in serving rural revitalization, an effect evaluation index system is constructed from the four aspects of“orientation degree of enrollment in rural areas, cultivation degree of rural localized talents, integration degree of production and education for rural industrial development, and matching degree of specialty setting for rural industrial economic development”, combined with the empirical analysis based on the investigation and research of higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province. According to the results of the empirical analysis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of constructing the long-term mechanism of regional vocational education serving rural revitalization from the levels of government and schools respectively.
