摘　　要：脱脂米糠是米糠脱脂后的副产品,产量高、来源广、蛋白质含量丰富、氨基酸组成合理,营养价值较高。但是由于脱脂米糠生产流程较长,生产过程中影响因素多,导致营养成分含量差异较大,影响其有效利用。本文主要分析脱脂米糠生产过程中影响其营养价值的因素,总结近年来脱脂米糠的常规营养成分、有效能、氨基酸含量及其猪标准回肠氨基酸消化率的变异情况,以及在猪生产中的研究应用,可为脱脂米糠在实际生产中的有效利用提供参考。Defatted rice bran is a by-product of rice bran after oil extraction. It has high yield, wide source, rich protein content, good amino acid composition, and high nutritional value. However, due to its long production process, there are many influencing factors in the production process, resulting in a large variation in nutrient content, affecting its effective utilization.In this review, the factors affecting the nutritional value of defatted rice bran were analyzed, and the variation of proximate nutrient composition, available energy, amino acid content and the standardized ileal amino acid digestibility of defatted rice bran in pigs were summarized in recent years, as well as the research and application in pig production.
