摘 要:根据地方师范院校理工科教师的特点,结合教师综合素质的内涵,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,借助有关素质测量编制表,分政治素质、法律素质、道德素质、文化素质、审美素质、社交素质6个维度及其“意识、常识、行为”三方面共18个指标,对福建省三所地方师范院校理工科教师的综合素质现状水平进行调查.研究结果表明从构建综合素质评价、职后素质培养体系、师德师风建设等方面提升理工科教师综合素质的途径和模式,可促进理工科教师主动适应师范教育改革.This study is based on the characteristics of science and engineering teachers in local normal colleges and universities, combined with the connotation of teachers’ comprehensive quality, using literature, questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods, with the help of relevant quality measurement, the table is prepared, divided into six dimensions of political quality, legal quality, moral quality, cultural quality, aesthetic quality,social quality and a total of 18 indicators in three aspects of “consciousness, common sense, behavior”. The comprehensive quality of science and engineering teachers in three local normal colleges in Fujian Province was investigated, draw the corresponding conclusion. In order to better adapt to the reform of normal education, this paper puts forward the ways and modes to improve the comprehensive quality of science and engineering teachers from the aspects of the construction comprehensive quality evaluation, post-service quality training system and the construction of teacher ethics.
