摘　　要：Background:Whether pembrolizumab given both before surgery(neoadjuvant therapy)and after surgery(adjuvant therapy),as compared with pembrolizumab given as adjuvant therapy alone,would increase event-free survival among patients with resectable stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ melanoma is unknown.
