摘　　要：高职院校培养既掌握传统专业技术,又具有创新能力的人才,是保障经济社会高质量发展、具备核心竞争力的必然要求。在剖析当前高职院校创新型人才培养面临的现实困境的基础上提出高职院校创新型人才培养的破解对策,对推动高职教育教学改革、学生创新能力培养及综合素质提升具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。Cultivating talents with both traditional professional skills and innovative ability in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement to ensure high-quality economic and social development and core competitiveness.On the basis of analyzing the practical difficulties faced by the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges,the countenneasures for the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges are put forward,which has important theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the teaching reform of higher vocational education,the cultivation of students'innovative ability and the improvement of comprehensive quality.
