摘  要:目的探讨器官系统整合课程《耳鼻咽喉科学》中“双教师”混合式教学的实践方法及效果。方法采用“双教师”混合式教学模式,以“疾病群”为教学单元,由基础科老师与临床科老师同堂协同教学,结合混合式教学方法,在广州医科大学南山班进行教学实践。结果初步建立了器官系统整合课程《耳鼻咽喉科学》的本科课程体系,针对学生的98份有效回收的调查问卷显示,94.9%的学生认为(“非常同意”和“同意”)“双教师”教学使他们对临床病例和基础科学更深入理解;89.8%的学生认为课程提高了他们处理类似临床病例的能力;84.7%的同学认同课程提高了探索临床与基础知识的动力;74.5%的同学非常不同意或不同意课程增加了他们的学习难度和负担;80.7%的同学建议在其他班级也纳入此教学模式。结论在《耳鼻咽喉科学》整合课程采用“双教师”混合式教学模式,能有效提升学生对临床与基础科学的学习效果及提升学习动力,有利于推动新课程体系的建设和推广应用。Objective To explore the practical method and effect of“Dual-teacher”blended teaching in otorhinolaryngology organ-systems-based curriculum.Methods The teaching practice of Otorhinolaryngology,with“disease group”as the teaching unit following the principle of organ-systems-based curriculum,was carried out in Nanshan class of Guangzhou Medical University by the dual-teacher(basic and clinical teacher)in the same classes.Results Organ-systems-based curriculum with Dual-teacher for undergraduate was initially established,98 student questionnaires showed that 94.9%of the students accepted that“Dual-teacher”teaching made them have a deeper understanding of clinical cases and basic science;89.8%of the students thought that the course improved their ability to deal with similar clinical cases(question 2);84.7%of the students agreed that the course improved their motivation to explore clinical and basic knowledge.74.5%of the participants disagreed that the course increased their learning difficulty and burden;80.7%of the participants suggested that this model should be adopted in other Curriculum.Conclusion The application of“Dual-teacher”blended teaching mode in otorhinolaryngology organ-systems-based curriculum can effectively improve students learning effect and motivation for study clinical and basic science,promoting the construction and application of the new curriculum system.
