远程继续医学教育质量管理体系的建设与思考

摘　　要：随着我国医疗卫生事业的发展,远程继续医学教育成为培养医学人才、增强基层医疗卫生服务能力的有效手段,打破了传统教育在时间、空间的限制,促进优质医疗资源的辐射下沉与扩容。四川大学华西医院作为首批国家级远程继续医学教育机构,经过不断探索和实践,管理制度从零到一逐渐完善,教学资源库由一到多元积极拓展,教学满意度持续优化功能提升,为各级医务工作者提供便捷高效的交流学习平台,形成了开放交互的华西远程继续医学教育生态。回顾发展建设历程,总结管理质控经验,从流程管理、师资队伍建设、课程设计、教学质控及效果评价等多个维度出发,探索建立制度化、规范化、科学化的管理办法,逐步实现了远程继续医学教育的高质持续发展,对推动我国远程继续医学教育体系建设提供有益参考。With the development of our medical and health undertakings,remote continuing medical education becomes an effective measures to cultivate medical talents to enhance the health service capabilities of primary medical institutions.It breaks the time and space limitations of traditional education,and promotes the highquality medical resources to sink and expand.West China Hospital of Sichuan University as one of the first batch of national remote continuing medical education institution,After ongoing exploration and practice,management system is improved gradually from zero to one,expanding teaching resource library actively from one to multiple.Continuous optimization of teaching satisfaction and improvement of function.It provides a convenient and efficient communication and learning platform for all levels medical workers,formed an open and interactive West China remote continuing medical education ecology.Review the development and construction process,summarize the management quality control experience.Starting from multiple dimensions such as process management,teacher construction,curriculum design,teaching quality control,and effect evaluation,explored and established the institutionalized,standardized,and scientific management measures,gradually realized the high-quality and sustainable development in remote continuing medical education.Provide useful reference to promote the construction of remote continuing medical education system for our country.
