摘  要:目的探索基于思维导图的CBL教学法在肿瘤内科实践教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月—2021年2月在哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院肿瘤内科实习的84名哈尔滨医科大学2016级五年制临床医学本科生作为研究对象,将其分为试验组和对照组,试验组(n=42)采用基于思维导图的CBL教学方法,对照组(n=42)采用传统教学方法。对两组学习情况(理论知识、临床技能操作)、教学效果满意度以及自评评价(有无激发学习兴趣、有无提高自学能力、有无提高创新能力、有无提高学习效率、有无增强理论与实践结合的能力和临床思维能力)进行比较。结果试验组的理论成绩、临床技能操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组教学效果满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组自评评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤内科实践教学中引入基于思维导图的CBL教学模式,有利于学生临床综合能力的培养。Objective To explore the application effect of the CBL teaching method based on the mind mapping in oncology practical teaching.Methods From December 2020 to February 2021,84 five-year clinical medical undergraduates enrolled in 2016 in Harbin Medical University who were interned in the department of medical oncology of Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group(n=42)used the CBL teaching method based on mind map.The control group(n=42)received the traditional teaching method.The learning situation(theoretical knowledge,clinical skills),satisfaction with teaching effect and self-evaluation evaluation(whether to stimulate learning interest,whether to improve self-learning ability,whether to improve innovation ability,whether to improve learning efficiency,whether to enhance the ability of combining theory with practice and clinical thinking ability)were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical scores and clinical skill operation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching effect in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-evaluation of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing the CBL teaching model based on mind mapping in the practical teaching of oncology is beneficial to the cultivation of students'clinical comprehensive ability and is worthy of application and promotion.
