摘  要:为确保工程车车轮制动热负荷满足要求,以最高运行速度为120 km/h、轴重为23 t的工程车车轮为研究对象,采用有限元法,分析车轮踏面在不同闸瓦压力(450 kPa和360 kPa)下制动时的温度分布情况,计算车辆制动时车轮踏面最高温度。计算结果表明:在第1种工况下,直径为840 mm的车轮,在实施紧急制动18 s时,踏面温度最高,为360.92℃;在实施制动过程中,车轮踏面温度始终未超过450℃;设计工程车时,车轮直径可以按840 mm选择。In order to ensure the braking heating load of engineering car wheels meets the requirements,the bogie wheels of engineering car with maximum running speed of 120 km/h and axle load of 23 t are taken as the research object.The temperature distribution of wheels tread under different brake shoe pressures(450 kPa and 360 kPa)is analyzed by using finite element method,and the maximum temperature of wheel tread is calculated during the braking process of the engineering car.The calculation results show that in the first working condition,the tread temperature of the wheel with 840 mm in diameter 360.92℃,when emergency braking is applied for18 s;In the process of braking,the temperatureof wheel tread never exceeds 450℃.When designing engineering car,the wheel diameter can be selected as 840 mm.
