摘  要:管片作为盾构隧道最基本的结构单元,其成型质量直接关系到隧道整体质量、安全、防水性和耐久性。大直径盾构隧道施工过程中管片拼装不当、结构受力不均、上浮和错台均可能导致管片存在质量问题,为此对管片开裂与渗漏原因进行分析,并提出防开裂、防渗漏措施。研究结果表明,管片开裂、渗漏原因主要包括管片生产、调运阶段操作不当,管片上浮导致纵向螺栓附近应力集中,管片安装不当,止水条损坏,止水条与管片接触面积小或挤压力不够,管片选型与盾构姿态冲突等。基于管片开裂、渗漏原因,提出管片生产过程中控制拆除时间、养护温度和冷却速度,采用新型高抗剪砂浆形成缓冲层,合理控制管片选型和盾构姿态,对开挖面和管片壁后产生的环向间隙及时填充,控制管片安装精度等防开裂、防渗漏措施。As the most basic structural unit of shield tunnel, the forming quality of segment is directly related to the overall quality, safety, waterproof and durability of the tunnel. During the construction of large-diameter shield tunnel, improper assembly of segments, uneven stress on the structure, floating up and staggering may lead to quality problems of segments. Therefore, the causes of segment cracking and leakage are analyzed, and anti-cracking and leakage measures are proposed. The research results show that the causes of segment cracking and leakage mainly include improper operation in segment production and transportation stages, stress concentration near the longitudinal bolt caused by segment floating, improper installation of segment, damage of waterstop, small contact area between waterstop and segment or insufficient extrusion pressure, and conflict between segment selection and shield posture. Based on the causes of segment cracking and leakage, the anti-cracking and leakage measures such as controlling the removal time, curing temperature and cooling speed in the segment production process, using new high shear mortar to form a buffer layer, reasonably controlling the segment selection and shield posture, timely filling the circumferential gap behind the excavation surface and segment wall, and controlling the segment installation accuracy are proposed.
