摘 要:运用问卷调查法和数理统计法对高职教师专业合作现状进行评估与分析,旨在揭示高职教师专业合作的机理及其内在逻辑关系,窥探其深层次的问题和矛盾,寻求提升高职教师专业合作质量和水平的一体化体系建设和长效举措。结果发现:高职教师专业合作指数总体为8.13,其水平处在比较好的程度,其短板则在学校治理;高职教师专业合作呈现出学校属性差异、学校类型差异、不同群体教师身份差异、学历差异等特征,没有发现区域、专业、性别、职称、教龄等因素在总体上存在显著性差异;合作认知、学校治理、理念共享、合作行为等四个变量均对专业合作具有重要的响应作用。建模表明:合作认知、学校治理、理念共享、合作行为等四个自变量均对专业合作起到相应程度的正向影响作用。对此,提出建构“文化陶冶+生态涵养+项目贯穿+制度引导+平台搭建+评价激励”一体化教师专业合作体系,打造新生态,形成教师之间高质量可持续合作的良好局面。Mainly use questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to evaluate and analyze the current situation of vocational teachers’ professional cooperation, aiming to reveal the mechanism of vocational teachers’ professional cooperation and its internal logical relationship, probe into its deep-seated problems and contradictions, and seek for integrated system construction and long-term measures to improve the quality and level of vocational teachers’ professional cooperation. The results show that the overall professional cooperation index of higher vocational teachers is 8.13, which is at a good level, and its weakness lies in school governance;The professional cooperation of teachers in higher vocational colleges shows the characteristics of school attribute difference, school type difference, different groups of teachers’ identity difference, educational background difference, etc. There is no significant difference in the overall existence of regional, professional, gender, professional title, teaching age and other factors;The four variables of cooperative cognition, school governance, idea sharing, and cooperative behavior all play an important role in responding to professional cooperation;The modeling shows that the four independent variables of cooperative cognition, school governance, idea sharing, and cooperative behavior have a positive impact on professional cooperation to a corresponding extent. In this regard, propose to build an integrated teacher professional cooperation system of “cultural cultivation +ecological conservation +project penetration +system guidance +platform construction +evaluation and incentive”, create a new ecology, and form a good situation of high-quality sustainable cooperation.
