摘 要:临床思维过程是临床医师对疾病现象进行调查,并结合自己的医学专业知识与临床经验对所获取的材料进行分析、归纳、判断、推理,以及诊断和治疗的全部思维活动。临床思维能力是关系到诊疗成败的核心能力之一,是医学生转变为合格临床医师的必备能力,应当作为住院医师规范化培训的重要内容。文章通过一些具体的案例,从询问病史、系统查体、如何辩证看待辅助检查及提升临床决策能力,多角度阐述如何培养神经内科住院医师的临床思维能力。Clinical thinking process is the entire thinking activity of a clinician who investigates disease phenomena and combines medical expertise and clinical experience to analyze,summarize and justify the acquired material.Clinical thinking ability is one of the most important competencies for successful diagnosis and treatment,and it is a required ability to promote the transformation from medical students to qualified clinicians.It should be an important part of the standardized residents training.This paper uses some specific cases to illustrate how to develop the clinical thinking skills of Neurology residents from multiple perspectives,including inquiring medical history,systematic examination,dialectically looking at supplementary examinations and improving clinical decision making skills.
