摘　　要：通过文献归纳梳理,结合地理专业师范生的就业表现,构建了地理专业师范生的就业能力结构组成,主要包括通用技能、专业技能和个人素质。以六盘水师范学院2019-2021届地理专业师范生为对象,采用问卷调查法,以问卷调查所得的数据为依据,对其就业现状进行调查,分析存在问题,提出高校地理科学师范生就业能力的建议与意见,为同类高校地理专业人才培养提供参考。By summarizing and sorting out the literature, combined with the employment performance of normal students, the employment ability structure of geography-major normal students is constructed, which mainly includes general skills, professional skills and personal qualities. The author takes the 2019-2021 geography major normal students of Liupanshui Normal University as the object,uses the questionnaire survey method and the data obtained from the questionnaire survey as the basis to investigate their employment status, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward suggestions and opinions on the employability of geography science normal students in colleges and universities, providing reference for the training of talents majoring in geography in colleges and universities.
