摘　　要：分析安徽省植物保护行业对植保创新人才的需求和当前植保专业实践教学存在的不足,对实践教学进行改革。通过实践教学组织实施案例,包括根据专业特点探索人才培养模式、学生参与实验教学全过程强化操作训练、课程综合实训项目化提高学生专业实践能力、开放实验实训基地培养学生创新能力和利用信息化手段解决岗位实习监控难点等举措,证明实践教学是培养学生创新能力的关键环节。学生动手能力及实践操作能力得到提升,人才培养质量显著提高,为培养学生的创新能力提供借鉴。This paper analyzed the demand of plant protection industry in Anhui province for innovative talents in plant protection and the shortcomings of the current practical teaching of plant protection specialty.Then the practical teaching has been reformed.Through practical teaching to organize and implement cases,including exploring talent training mode according to professional characteristics,strengthening operation training in the whole process of students’participation in experimental teaching,improving students’professional practical ability through comprehensive course training,opening experimental training base to cultivate students’innovative ability,using information means to solve the difficulties of post practice monitoring and other measures,it is proved that practical teaching is the key link to cultivate students’innovative ability.Students’practical ability and practical operation ability have been improved,and the quality of personnel training has been significantly improved,which provides a reference for the cultivation of students’innovative ability.
