摘 要:为了验证30 t轴重重载机车的运行安全性和适应性,文章基于机车动力学性能试验数据,通过对比机车27 t和30 t轴重时在不同线路工况下的轮轨垂向力和横向力、轮轴横向力、轮动荷系数以及车钩力和偏转角等参数,研究轮轨作用力和运行安全性指标随机车轴重、运行速度、运行线路条件等因素的变化规律,以及车钩力和偏转角对运行安全性的影响。结果表明:轮轨垂向力随着机车轴重的增大基本呈线性增大趋势,其中在钢轨焊缝和岔区有害空间增幅尤为显著;轮轴横向力随着机车运行速度的增大而明显增大;压钩力的增大会引起车钩偏转角增大,进而对机车运行安全产生影响。In order to verify the running safety and adaptability for heavy-haul locomotive of 30 t axle load,based on the dynamic performance test data of locomotive,this paper compares the wheel-rail vertical force and lateral force,wheelset lateral force,dynamic load coefficient,coupler force and deflection angle of locomotive with 27 t and 30 t axle load under different line conditions,and studies the variation law of wheel-rail force and operation safety indexes with axle load,running speed,line condition,as well as the influence of coupler force and deflection angle on operation safety.The results indicate that the wheel-rail vertical force always increases linearly with the increase of axle load,especially in the harmful space of rail welds and turnouts.The wheelset lateral force has obvious increasing trend with the increase of running speed.The increase of coupler compressive force will cause the coupler deflection angle to increase,which will generate influence on the locomotive running safety.
