摘　　要：针对SDA_(1)型机车齿轮箱发生的润滑油乳化问题,文章对各批次机车齿轮箱乳化情况进行普查,分析油品、进水点及防水结构,查明了故障原因并制定相应改进措施。经过验证和分析总结,文章指出机车空调排水管改造和齿轮箱呼吸器结构优化可有效缓解齿轮箱润滑油乳化问题。Aiming at the emulsification problem of lubricating oil in the gearbox of SDA_(1)locomotive,this paper investigates the emulsification situation of each batch locomotive gearbox,and analyzes the oil,water source and waterproof structure.It finds out the cause of the fault and formulates corresponding improvement measures.After verification and analysis,this paper points out that the transformation of locomotive air conditioning drainage pipe and the structural optimization of gearbox respirator can effectively alleviate the emulsification problem of gearbox lubricating oil.
