摘  要:目的分析中西医结合教育领域研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为中西医结合教育改革与实践提供参考。方法以文献计量学为研究方法,利用CiteSpace软件对中西医结合教育领域的733篇文献进行可视化分析。结果年发文量普遍不高并呈现波动趋势;研究主体间缺乏合作交流;临床教学、教学模式、PBL是中西医结合教育的研究热点;翻转课堂、临床见习、教学改革、CBL、PBL是该领域的研究趋势。结论中西医结合教育领域良好研究生态尚未形成,研究群体有待整合加强;中、宏观层面研究不足,应加强基础研究,做好顶层设计;研究热点滞后于时代发展,后续研究应与时代发展同频共振。Objective To analyze the status quo,focus and trend of research on integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine(WM)education to shed light on the innovative practice in such education.Method Based on bibliometrics,CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze 733 articles in the field of integrated TCM&WM education.Results The annual numbers of papers published in this area were generally small and fluctuating.In addition,there was a lack of cooperation and communication among researchers.Their research mainly focused on clinical teaching,teaching models and PBL.Flipped classroom,clinical internship,teaching reform,CBL and PBL might be the research trends in this field.Conclusions A positive environment has yet to be formed for the research into integrated TCM&WM education,and the research teams should communicate more and work together to perform better.Research at the meso and macro levels is insufficient,so basic research should be strengthened and top-level design should be carried out appropriately.As the research focus lags behind the development of the times,subsequent research should be in consonance with such development.
