摘  要:在职业本科教育发展初期,制度构建主要围绕推出多项顶层规划、出台系列试点制度、完善基本法律三个维度依次展开,使得发展职业本科教育的国家意志得以阐明、行动框架得以构建、核心事项得以确认。随着办学实践的深入,职业本科教育制度构建中面临着“探索式”理念下的滞后性挑战、“增补式”供给下的零散性挑战、“集中式”决策下的封闭性挑战,影响着职业本科教育的持续发展。面向未来,职业本科教育应强调发展导向,立足平稳性发展、突出制度内容的系统性,立足高质量发展、提升制度功能的协同性,立足可持续发展、增强制度生成的开放性,为职业本科教育行稳致远提供制度力量。In the early stage of the development of vocational undergraduate education,the system construction mainly revolved around the three dimensions of launching several top-level plans,introducing a series of pilot systems,and improving basic laws,so that the national vocational undergraduate education can be clarified,the action framework can be constructed,and the core matters can be confirmed.With the development of school running practices,the construction of the vocational undergraduate education system faces the lagging challenges under the exploratory concept,the scattered challenges under the supplemental supply,and the closed challenges under centralized decision-making,which affects the sustainable development of vocational undergraduate education.Facing the future,vocational undergraduate education should emphasize development orientation based on stable development,highlight the systematization of institutional content grounded on high-quality development,improve the synergy of institutional functions based on sustainable development,enhance the openness of system generation,and provide institutional strength for the stable and long-term development of vocational undergraduate education.
