摘  要:随着国家经济的快速发展,对专业型研究生的创新能力和服务社会能力提出更高的要求。围绕专业型硕士研究生在人才培养过程中的定位和目标,分析当前在人才培养过程中的弊端,提出产教协同,深度融合的方式培养专业型硕士研究生。结合河南科技大学在材料与化工专业型硕士研究生的人才培养过程,基于“研”有模式、“研”有名师、“研”有平台、“研”究章循、“研”有魂铸及“研”有成效等产科教深度融合的模式下,多方面进行阐述,探讨产科教深度融合下研究生培养,并提出相应的策略,为高质量专业型硕士生的培养提供参考借鉴。With the rapid development of national economy, higher requirements are put forward for the innovation ability and social service ability of professional graduate students. Focusing on the positioning and objectives of professional master’s students in the process of talent training, this paper analyzes the disadvantages of the current talent training process, and proposes the way of industry education cooperation and deep integration to train professional master’s students. This study combines with the talent training process of Henan University of science and technology for master’s students majoring in materials and chemical engineering, is based on the deep integration of industry, science and education such as "research" with mode, "research" with famous teachers, "research" with platform, "research" with chapter, "research" with soul casting and "research" with effect. This paper expounds and discusses the postgraduate training mechanism under the deep integration of industry, science and education. The study provides a reference for the training of high-quality professional master students.
