摘 要:应对新时代对个性化全面发展人才培养的需求,构建了具有教学决策数据化、人才培养个性化特征的生态化+智慧化实验教学模式。秉承“以生为本,个性化发展”的实验教学理念,层次化设置项目内容,实施“递进型”教学流程,逐层提升课程的挑战度。“寓教于研”,以科研思维开展基础实验教学。通过教学内容、教学模式等的改革,促进学生自主探究、自主发展,实现学生个性化创新能力的发展。An ecological+intelligent experimental teaching model with the characteristics of data-based teaching decision-making and personalized talent training has been constructed in response to the new era s demand for personalized and comprehensive development of talent training.Adhering to the experimental teaching concept of“student-oriented,individualized development”,the experiment content is set hierarchically,and the“progressive”teaching process is implemented to increase the challenge of the course level by level.Based on the teaching idea of“Teaching in research”,the basic experimental teaching is carried out with scientific research thinking.Through the reform of teaching content and teaching mode,the students independent exploration and development has been promoted,and their personalized innovation ability has been developed.
