草类植物生理学实验室运行机制及管理对策探讨

摘　　要：草业科学是一门新兴的应用型科学,草类植物生理学课程是草业科学专业的核心课程之一,其实验课程对学生了解草类植物的基本特征、生长规律以及掌握实验技能具有重要的意义。随着草业科学的快速发展,草业科学实验室的大型仪器设备日益增加,进而就需要更加科学的实验室管理和运行机制。以兰州大学草类植物生理学实验室为例,对实验室仪器设备、操作规程、实验材料、信息化水平、实验人员及安全管理方面的现状进行了分析,从草类植物生理学实验的角度出发,以提高实验教学质量为目标,提出了强化实验室资产管理、加强实验室安全管理、建立信息化管理平台和提高实验室管理水平的建议,可为同类型实验室科学、规范化的管理提供借鉴。Grassland science is a new and applied major,and the grass plant physiology course is one of the core courses of the major.Its experimental courses are of great significance for students to understand the basic characteristics and growth rules of grass plants and master experimental skills.With the rapid development of pratacultural science,large-scale instruments and equipment in pratacultural science laboratories are increasing,and more scientific laboratory management and operation mechanisms are needed.Taking the grass plant physiology laboratory of Lanzhou University as an example,the present situation of laboratory equipment,operation procedures,experimental materials,information level,experimental personnel and safety management were analyzed.From the perspective of grass plant physiology experiment,the objective was to improve the quality of experimental teaching.The suggestions of strengthening laboratory asset management,strengthening laboratory safety management,establishing information management platform and improving laboratory management level are put forward,which can provide reference for scientific and standardized management of the same type of laboratory.
