摘　　要：教师公共精神是教师精神核心,它是一个好老师作为学生“引路人”应该具有的重要品质。为了更好地培育和激发教师公共精神,学者们对教师公共精神内涵形成了丰富认识,并提出了我国教师公共精神振兴的“回复”与“重塑”两大路径。在已有文献研究的基础上,分析了现有教师公共精神振兴研究的困境,指出教师公共精神的培育应重视关于市场性、专业性、官僚制与教师公共性的关系研究。The public spirit is the core of teacher's spirits which is an important quality that a good teacher,as the students'"guide",should possess.In order to cultivate and stimulate teachers'public spirit effectively,scholars have formed a rich understanding to the connotation of teachers'public spirit,and proposed two paths of"rejuvenating"and"reconstructing".On the basis of the former literature,the relationship among marketability,professionalism,bureaucracy and teachers'publicity is attached more importance,through the analysis on the research problems of current research.
