生态位视域下职业本科院校发展的困境与出路

摘　　要：职业本科院校建设是近年来职教改革的重点,也是职业教育战线和全社会关注的热点。大学与其发展环境之间的紧密联系和生物与生态系统之间的关系具有很强的耦合性,因此生态位理论对职业本科院校的建设具有重要的指导意义。在生态位理论视域下,处于教育生态系统中的职业本科院校目前处于生态位重叠、生态位宽度狭窄及生态位失衡的困境之中。职业本科院校应采取生态位分离及错位、拓宽生态位宽度、重构生态位平衡的策略,使自身脱离其生态位困境,实现职业本科在“十四五”期间的高质量发展。The construction of vocational undergraduate colleges is the focus of vocational education reform in recent years,and it is also the focus of vocational education front and the w hole society.The close conection between a university and its devel-opment environment and the relationship between organisms and ecosystems have strong coupling,so the niche theory is of significance in guiding the construction of vocational undergraduate colleges.From the perspective of niche theory,vocational un-dergraduate colleges in the educational ecosystem are curently facing dilenmas of overlapping niches,narrow niche widths and unbalanced niches.Vocational undergraduate colleges should adopt the strategies of niche separation and dislocation,widening the widh of the niche,and reconstructing the balance of the niche,so as to free themselves from their niche dilemma and realize the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate colleges during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.
