摘 要:航空座椅的舒适性对乘客乘机舒适性有重要影响。本文针对某型民用航空客机座椅乘员舒适性问题建立座椅动力学模型,引入人体模型,通过姿态调整,研究了整体座椅的乘员入座过程,分析了乘员落座时,接触坐垫、靠背的压力分布。依据Mergl-SAE2005准则评价座椅的舒适性能,结果表明,本文精确地模拟了该型座椅与乘员之间的体压分布。该研究对于航空座椅的舒适性评价具有一定的参考价值。The comfort of aviation seat has an important influence on the passenger′s comfort.In this paper,aiming at the occupant comfort problem of a certain type of civil aviation seat,a seat dynamic model is established,then the human body model is introduced.Through the human posture adjustment,the seating process of occupant is studied,and the pressure distribution of the seat cushion and the back in the process is also analyzed.According to the Mergl-SAE2005 criteria,the comfort performance of the seat is evaluated,and the simulation results are compared.The results show that the body pressure distribution between the seat and the occupant is simulated more accurately.The research of the paper has certain reference value for the comfort evaluation of aviation seats.
