摘 要:聚焦于家庭教育储蓄,通过匹配中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)和公共教育财政宏观数据,结合Tobit模型和Heckman两阶段方程,考察了公共教育财政对家庭教育储蓄行为的影响及其机制。研究发现:公共教育财政投入不仅增强了家庭的教育储蓄动机,而且对教育储蓄规模与教育储蓄率均有显著正向影响;在异质性方面,公共教育财政对子女处于义务教育阶段家庭和高收入水平家庭的影响更为显著;影响机制检验结果表明,公共教育财政可通过跨期配置效应、短期挤入效应两种渠道影响家庭的教育储蓄行为。This paper focused on household education savings, and matched the data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS) with the macro data of public education finance. Then the paper used Tobit model and Heckman two-stage equation to investigate the effect and action mechanism of public education finance on household education savings behaviors. The results showed that, education financial investment has not only enhanced the motivation of household education savings, but also had a positive effect on the scale of household education savings and education savings rate. In terms of heterogeneity, the impact of public education finance was more significant in the families having children in compulsory education or those high-income families. Influencing mechanism test showed that, the influencing paths of public education finance included intertemporal allocation effect and short-term crowding effect.
