摘  要:目的:利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱建立了八角中多种真菌毒素的快速测定方法。方法:以广西地区产八角为样品,考察比较不同提取溶剂、净化小柱、基质效应等因素对各目标组分提取效果的影响,最终确定八角样品的前处理方法。结果:八角样品经提取、净化后上机测定进行快速筛查定性及定量,多种真菌毒素在各自的浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,加标回收率在64.9%~118.2%,RSD为1.6%~10.2%,定量限在2~60μg/kg。结论:优化后的样品前处理方法,目标物分离效果好,线性、回收与重复性均良好,结果准确性高、灵敏、快速,能够满足八角样品中多毒素分析的需求。Objective: In this paper, a rapid method for the determination of mycotoxins in Illicium verum was established by ultra high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole electrostatic field orbital trap high resolution mass spectrometry. Methods: The effects of different extraction solvents, different purification columns and matrix effects on the extraction effects of each target component were investigated and compared, and the pretreatment methods of Illicium verum samples were finally determined. Results:The samples of Illicium verum optimized pretreatment method have good linearity within a certain mass concentration range, and the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99. The recovery rate of blank sample addition were between 64.9% and 118.2%, and the relative standard deviation were between 1.6% and 10.2%, and the quantitative limit was 2~60 μg/kg. Conclusion: The optimized sample pretreatment method has good separation, linearity, recovery and repeatability, and high accuracy. It is suitable for the needs of multi toxin residue analysis in Illicium verum samples.
