摘 要:本次研究以白鲜皮为原料,比较不同提取环境下的提取效果,并重点考察了白鲜皮提取物的体外生物学活性。通过高效液相色谱分析,超声波提取工艺具有最优的提取效果。体外生物学活性研究显示,白鲜皮提取物具有较强的清除DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基和-OH自由基的能力,并且对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、霉菌、酵母菌有较强的抑制作用,同时还具有使透明质酸酶活性降低的能力。白鲜皮提取物具有抗氧化、抑菌、抗炎的功效,具备一定的市场开发价值。Dictamni Cortex extraction under different extraction environments was compared and in vitro biological activity of the extracts was investigated. Through high performance liquid chromatography analysis,ultrasonic extraction process was the best extraction method. In vitro biological activity studies showed that Cortex Dictamni extract had strong ability to scavenge DPPH free radicals,ABTS free radicals and-OH free radicals,and had a strong inhibition ability to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,mold and yeast. It also showed the ability to reduce the activity of hyaluronidase. In conclusion,Cortex Dictamni extract had antioxidant,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects,and had a potential market development value.
