Objective To study the effects and functions of computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in patients with epileptic mental disorder caused by tuberous sclerosis. Methods From December 2017 to October 2019,a total of 35 patients with epileptic mental disorder caused by TSC were admitted and examined in our hospital. All patients were examined by head CT and MRI,and the results were compared. Results All patients were found to be abnormal by MRI and head CT.The overall definite diagnostic rate of the MRI was significantly higher than that of the head CT,P<0.05.The total number of lesions detected by MRI was significantly higher than that by head CT,P<0.05.The higher score of concise Psychiatric Symptom Rating Scale(BPRS)in all patients was significantly higher than the lower score in the total number of lesions(P<0.05).Conclusion Epileptic mental disorders caused by TSC detection application of head can carry on the diagnosis to the patients with CT,MRI,and MRI is significantly higher than the total head CT detection of pathological changes, and the test information is more comprehensive, can carry on the detection of white matter in the calcified lesions,to give more reference in clinical application and promotion.
