摘　　要：分析了新能源汽车技术专业高技能实训基地建设的必要性和重要性,从创新校企合作人才培养模式;探究多元参与的高技能实训基地模式;多措并举,助力“三教改革”;融入“思政元素”,重视价值塑造;“岗课赛证”融通,打造技术技能人才等角度阐释新能源高技能实训基地建设的具体措施。This paper analyzes the necessity and importance to build a high-sk il led training base of NEV Technology.It proposes specific measures,such as innovating talent training model underpinned by school-enterprise cooperation,exploring a highly skilled practical training base with diverse participants,adopting multiple measures to implement the reform on“teacher,text book and teaching method”,injecting the"ideological and political elements"and creating value,cultivating technically skil led talents by facilitating the integration of"post,course and certificate",etc..
