摘 要:社区管理与服务专业学生是未来社会服务、社区治理的关键专业人才,其专业认同直接影响受教育者的专业知识和能力建构,其专业认同高低会直接影响社会工作人才培养质量与社会工作的健康发展。通过对M高职院校社区管理与服务专业学生调查研究发现,学生专业认同偏低,其与个人、学校、社会三重影响因素密切关联。高职院校通过提升教师教学技能素养,完善专业课程设置,优化实践教学体系,创新专业宣传方式有助于提升学生的认知认同、情感认同、价值认同与行为认同。Students majoring in community management and service are the key professionals in the future social service and community governance.Their professional identity directly affects the professional knowledge and ability construction of the educatee,and their professional identity will directly affect the quality of social work talent training and the healthy development of social work.Through the investigation of community management and service major students in M higher vocational colleges,it is found that students'professional identity is low,which is closely related to the three influencing factors of individuals,school and society.Higher vocational colleges can improve students'cognitive identity,emotional identity,value identity and behavior identity by improving teachers'teaching skills,improving professional curriculum,optimizing practical teaching system and innovating professional publicity methods.
