摘  要:在研究“澜湄合作”框架下高等职业教育合作价值向度的基础上,深入分析我国高等职业教育国际合作现状及现存问题,从国家、企业和高职院校三个层面分别提出推进策略。国家应加强顶层设计与宏观规划,加快推进学历学位与资格证书互认,加大资金扶持与投入,助推澜湄区域人文交流;企业应加强硬件投入,全过程参与国际化办学;高职院校应建设多元化合作交流平台,构建产教深度融合办学模式,因地制宜优化人才培养机制,推动职业标准互联互通,提升职业教育服务国际化水平。On the basis of the study on the value orientation of cooperation in higher vocational education under the framework of Lancang-Mekong Cooperation,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of international cooperation in China s higher vocational education,and puts forward some strategies to promote the internationalization of vocational education at the levels of the state,enterprises and higher vocational colleges.The state should strengthen top-level design and macro planning,accelerate mutual recognition of academic degrees and qualifications,increase financial support and investment,and promote people-to-people and cultural exchanges in the Lancang-Mekong region.Enterprises should increase hardware investment and participate in the whole process of internationalization of vocational education.Higher vocational colleges should build a diversified cooperation and exchange platform,establish a model of deep integration between industry and education,optimize talent training mechanism according to local conditions,promote the interconnection of vocational standards,and improve the internationalization level of vocational education services.
